Titularium is a web indexing and catalogue service for book records: it publishes public pages of titles provided by publishers and links to their websites and points of sale. It does not make sales nor act as an intermediary in them. Use of the site implies acceptance of these terms.

Intellectual property

The site's own code, design and texts belong to the owner or are used under licences that allow it. The data of each record (title, synopsis, cover, etc.) belong to their publishers and authors, who authorise its publication here and are responsible for holding the necessary rights. Its reproduction, distribution or modification without authorisation is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

The owner does not guarantee the continuous availability or the absence of errors of the service. The information in the records is provided by the publishers, responsible for its accuracy and updating. In particular, the prices shown (recommended retail price) are indicative and provided by the publisher; the binding price and availability are those of the point of sale at the time of purchase. Links to third-party sites (publishers' websites and points of sale) are provided only for reference; the owner is not responsible for their content or availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
